This place is a joke. They had my pickup in for a routine head gasket replace. They told me 2 weeks. They had my pickup for almost 2 months. They did work that was not authorized by me and the bill was $1200 more than what I was quoted by the owner. When I finally got my pickup back the fan belt was half gone because of improper installation. It was leaking power steering fluid and motor oil bad. I had to replace power steering hose that was damaged because of overtightening. The owner told me it was the pump leaking and it needed to be replaced. That shows there he is not a good mechanic. The pump was brand new. I installed it just before i blew the head gaskets and it wasnt leaking. Then i had to replace a sensor that they said they replaced. If they did replace it they damaged it putting it in because it was bent and leaking motor oil so bad I almost burnt the motor up. The turbo is making a squealing noise now that wasn't before. I don't know if that's something they did or not. I just know it didn't make any noise or have any oil leaks before they worked on it. And my Air Conditioner has not worked since either. When they took the cab off they messed up more than they fixed and didn't even tighten the cab bolts. So now when I turn and go over rough terrain it bumps and rattles and makes noises I've never heard before. . The owner never took the blame for any of this. He wouldn't even look at it. Told me to take it somewhere else. I have texts to prove that and pics and videos of everything they didn't do or did wrong. I ran a garage for years and never did I ever let a vehicle go out in worse condition than when it came in. I would be embarrassed to be Park Brown supposed to be diesel mechanic. He didn't even work on my pickup. He stayed in the office playing on his phone most of the time. That's no way to run a business nor stay in business.
